 Conflict Management, Dispute
 Resolution and a bachelors
 degree in Legal Studies,
 Debra Healy is dedicated to the
 understanding and resolution of
 destructive interpersonal and
 organizational conflict.

 Debra’s experience in
 addressing conflict includes
 15 years in the legal field
 focusing on employment law
 in addition to 8 years of
conflict consulting in
organizational and interpersonal workplace mediation
and facilitation; EEO mediation; and conflict coaching for abrasive employees (aka, "bullies") using
Dr. Laura Crawshaw's Boss Whispering® model.
